Thank you for your interest in volunteering. Volunteers make a huge contribution to the success of Purr-fect Cat Therapy Inc and we welcome your help. We need help in all aspects of running Purr-fect Cat Therapy including; transportation, loving and cuddling with the cats, cleaning up, marketing,  and much more. We need Volunteers from 7:00AM to 6:30PM, 7 days a week.  

Purr-fect Cat Therapy is a home based foster, sanctuary, volunteer and rescue network. The best holistic care is provided to all of our adult cats and kittens. Purr-fect Cat Therapy Inc do not  have an official brick and mortar cattery / shelter to call home. All of PCT, Inc cats are privately owned in very small groups and reside with volunteer foster home and families. 

PCT, Inc foundation cats are imported under the care of our founder,  kittens are born, raised, and cared for their first 16 week the selected foundation therapy kittens are gracefully donated to enter Purr-fect Cat Therapy preservation TherapySib program. Our dedicated staff is proud to support our volunteers. Breeding Stock Hosts

The success of our future therapy cats is largely due to the generosity of volunteers who host our specially selected breeding cats. Each breeding stock cat has been selected for its genetics, health, temperament to become an Purr-fect Cat Therapy breeder. These volunteers provide care and homes for breeding males throughout their lifetime and duties. Breeding Stock Hosts provide our breeding cats with a special home over their lives. These amazing volunteers allow us to maintain high breeding standards and comfortable and loving living situations for our breeding stock dads. 


Therapy Cat Handler

Our teams are more than just cats who provide therapeutic interaction, improving  physical, social, emotional, and/or cognitive functioning. TherapySib teams work as ambassadors for their breed, helping to educate the community on the importance of preserving the aboriginal Siberian breed, the humane care of felines, and raise awareness about the vital role of companion animals in the health and well- being of individuals, families and communities. Providing and Facilitating Therapeutic Recreation and Animal-Assisted Therapy and Activities for Special needs communities and everyone one that needs it.


Volunteer Therapy Kitten Raiser

No cats are born a therapy cat; He or she needs to be trained and nurtured. That 

process begins, when the cat is a kitten, and it requires a dedicated individual. PCT, Inc's place kitten with volunteer therapy kitten raisers. Volunteer receive their kitten when he/she is around sixteen weeks of age and commit to keep and care for him for the next twelves to 15 months. The task of kitten raisers is to provide a safe, loving environment for the cat, to take him/her to the scheduled classes and cat show, and to expose him to lots of opportunities for socialization. The Therapy Kitten Raiser must regularly submit reports on the cat’s progress as well. 


Veteran's Therapy Cat Guardian 

Purr-fect Cat Therapy helps veterans suffering PTSD to adopt and afford lifetime care for their therapy cat. Therapy Cat Guardian Volunteer offer a safety net and peace of mind for the Veteran's and his therapy pet in case of emergency, hospitalization or death of his caretaker. Guardian provides an emergency foster home for a Veteran Therapy Cat and promise that his therapy cat will never be displaced. 


Homebound Foster Home

Purr-fect Cat Therapy Homebound is a purebred Import Siberian Cat microchipped and registered overseas the PCT, Inc cat must reside in the State of Nevada for his / her own security and welfare. All PCT, Inc Homebound are registered and licensed in the state of Nevada, serving client as a Emotional Support Animal or Therapy cat. Homebound Foster Home is a longterm placement commitment. Our program cats bond very strongly with their owners and families. The Homebound Foster Families must be able cover the cost of state licensing registration fee of $10 yearly, the cost of a monthly Trupanion Medical pet Insurance totaling about $50.00 monthly and holistic species appropriate food and supplies. PCT, Inc retain ownership and cover all the pre- approved yearly health and medical screening.
