Process & Fees.

Purr-fect Cat Therapy’s (PCT) cats are Purebred Traditional Siberian specially bred for health, specific temperament traits and longevity. The PCT Director Cattery Breeding Program researches at least 10 generations of each cat’s pedigree to obtain an accurate picture of his or her genetic potential to become a successful Therapy cat for a wounded Warrior.

This is a very small program expecting 1 litter of kitten a year hopefully in the Fall 2018. The very best kittens will be hand raised, trained to the applicant needs and donated by Taigamoon Cattery to PCT Purr-fect Cat Healing Vets Program. The Prescription (ESA) Siberian kittens are free of charge to approved Veteran applicant suffering of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder including Veteran Sexual assault victims.

Purr-fect Cat Therapy's Adoption Fees vary from FREE to $2.000, the fees help us cover just a small fraction of the cost of breeding, raising, and training is well over $ 10.000. The fees help us continue support, provide best veterinary care and continue PCT program, providing quality companion cats to the peoples in need. We provide lifetime support for both our cats and handlers/ owners. Donations help us to provide veterinary care, medicine, vaccinations, food, kitty litter, and other supplies, so that the only limit on our foster caregivers is the size of their homes – not the size of their pocketbooks.

Adoption Fees:

This amount is NOT tax deductible. The adopter is receiving goods and services (cat and veterinary services) that are equal to or greater than the amount paid. Under these circumstances, the amount paid does not qualify as a charitable donation.
